Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. All items are vintage preloved and may have minor signs of wear. All significant flaws will be disclosed.
I would like to cancel my order. Is this possible?
Please email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. If your order has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel your order.

Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive store credit equal to the price of your returned item.
Return Shipping Fee
The customer is subject to delivery costs when handling a return. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return and you must cover the postage costs yourself. If the package is lost and you have shipped without tracking, we cannot give you a refund.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received your purchased item(s) to submit a return request. Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you've submitted your return request.
Where is my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via store credit. The initial shipping costs are not refundable. Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will issue you store credit for the cost of the item(s) only.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges since each item is one of one.
Additional Information
If your order has been paid through Store Credit only, the items are not eligible for return or refund.
